This is the most fun watching the #Browns in years. Hoyer is not perfect but he’s competent so far, and that in itself is welcome.

In returning from my “don’t let anyone spoil Dexter” exile I will just say that the Mayo result depressed me and the Cleveland one didn’t.

My use of swear-words has steadily risen throughout the afternoon culminating in the final minute of the All-Ireland. Now I’m just miserable

Over 3 hours to the start of the All-Ireland Football Final and I’m nervous. I don’t care if it’s a crap match, I just want a Mayo win!

I’m choosing to look at the first weekend of the NFL as resulting in the Browns being joint first in the AFC North. It looks better that way

Nice to finally have the NFL back. Granted it’s likely to be another season of anguish as a Browns fan but what can you do.

Having worked for @darrylxxx previously the best I can say for him is that he proved the value of my joining a union many years before.

Alan Lewis is another name on my list of cricket commentators I can’t stand. He’s not quite at the Blofeld/Vaughan level but he’s close.
